摘要 介绍了模型试验中轴向力的测定、轴流式机组轴向力的一般变化规律、下游水位和机组顶盖补气对轴向力的影响等。提出了导叶全关时机组的负轴向力与下游水位的关系可按费洛德数相等进行原模型换算;机组甩负荷时,顶盖补气能有效地减小抬机力和转速升高:以及在数值计算中应以模型实测轴向力持性为基础建立数学模型计算水轮机动态过程中轴向力的变化规律才能有足够的精度,否则将造成较大的误差而无实用价值. resented in this paper are the measurement of hydraulic thrust in model tests,the general law of the variation of hvdraulic thrust of Kaplan turbines, the effect of tailwater elevation on hydraulic thrust,and the effect of air admission into turbine top cover on hydraulic thrust.When the wicket gates of Kaplan turbine are closed,the relationship between the hy-draulic upward thrust and the tailwater elevation is given by model test,then the relation for the model turbine is converted into that for the prototype according to equal Fr number. Gas supply to the runner chamber can effectively reduce hydraulic upward thrust and the maxi-mum momentray speed after load rejection. It is shown that the accuracy of the law of vari-ation of hydraulic thrust determined with numerical coniputation method for the transient process of t urbines can only be achieved on the basis of the mathematical model established according to model test results of the static hydraulic thrust characteristics of turbines,other-wise.numerical computation will result in considerable error, and the result will be of no practical vaule.
