摘要
中国的城市建设与飞速发展的城市化进程不协调,粗犷的能源应用过程中产生的大量废弃物、温室气体和热量排放是导致城市气候恶化的重要影响因素,并对社会经济发展和居民身体健康产生危害。本文通过对哈尔滨市近30年气象数据演变分析,并从城市能源应用和规划的角度探讨影响城市气候变化的可能原因,进而从城市规划学科角度提出了紧凑型城市布局、公共交通优先、调整经济产业结构、节能型建筑技术应用以及应用型绿色能源技术的开发等方面的寒地城市节能应对策略。
Urbanization process in China will continue to grow rapidly in a long time. However, there is a big crack between urban construction and rapid urbanization process. Enormous amount of waste, green- house gases and waste heat are the main courses of city climate change in the process of rough application of city energy, which will cause weighty influence on development of society and economy, as well as people' s health. This paper takes Harbin as the Example, and studies its climate through the meteoro- logical data of 30 years, to find the possible reasons of city climate change in the view of city energy ap- plication and urban planning, The paper provides strategies of energy - conserving in five aspects, such as eompact urban layout, public transport priority, adjusting the structure of economy, trade and industry, application of energy - saving construction techniques, as well as application - oriented development of green energy technologies.
