摘要
在研究分析严寒气候对于城市建成环境、居民行为方式和身心健康以及社会经济发展等各方面影响的基础上,提出宜居的寒地城市环境建设发展的科学理念,包括以实现寒地城市环境整体宜居为目标的寒地系统观,以实现四季宜居为目标的寒地自然观,以实现可持续宜居为目标的寒地生态观和以实现特色宜居为目标的寒地地域观,以期减少寒地城市建设和决策的盲目性,最终实现真正意义的宜居目标。
Based on the effects of cold climate on city including built environment, inhabitants behaviors and health, and social and economic development, etc., some concepts for the construction and development of livable cities in cold regions are put forward including the systematic view with the comprehensive livability as a target, the natural view with the all-year round livability as a target, the ecological view with the sustainable livability as a target, and the local view with the characteristic livability as a target. Therefore the blindness in city construction in cold regions could be reduced and real city livability could be realized.
