摘要
为了检测汽车电动助力转向器的助力性能,根据对电动助力转向系统的工作原理和汽车前悬部分结构分析,采用一端伺服电机驱动另一端磁粉制动器加载方式,来模拟驾驶员操作方向盘和转向路面阻力。建立了汽车动力模型,选定了数据采集卡,确定了输出端磁粉制动器的控制方式。分析了试验台的工作流程,该试验台适用于转向系统开发以及性能检测。
In order to detect the performance of the automobile electric power steering system, according to the working principle of the electric power steering system and the part of the structure analysis of the automobile front suspension, we use the servo motor at the input end and the magnetic powder brake at output end, to simulate the driver to operate the steering wheel and the load resistance when turning. We establish the vehicle dynamic model, select the data acquisition card, and determine the control method for the output end of the magnetic powder brake. The working process of the test - bed is analyzed. This test- bed is suitable for developing the electric power steering system and testing it's performance.
