椰青开孔机耐久性能测试装置的研制

摘要 为解决椰青开孔机耐久性能测试过程中椰青资源浪费、无法自动循环测试等问题,设计并实现了一款椰青开孔机耐久性能测试装置。以PLC作为控制系统的中心控制单元,通过张力控制器和磁粉制动器模拟切刀切削不同硬度椰青各生物层过程中切刀电机的负载变化情况,并通过数字量输入输出电器元件实现对椰青开孔机耐久性能测试工作流程的控制。试验结果表明,研制的装置能够在满足自身73000次耐久性能测试次数需求的基础上,实现模拟切刀切削硬度较软、适中、较硬3种品质椰青过程中切刀电机的负载变化情况并且工作稳定可靠,成本较低,负载变化情况通过使用电流钳和示波器对切刀电机电流的监测实现间接监测,模拟硬度较软、适中、较硬椰青负载过程中最大切刀电机电流分别在8~9 A、9~10 A、10~11 A范围内,符合实际切削椰青过程中切刀电机电流的变化情况。 In order to solve the problem of waste of coconut green resources and no automatic cycle test during the durability test of coconut green hole opener,a durability test device of coconut green hole opener was designed and realized.PLC was used as the central control unit of the control system to simulate the load change of the cutter motor in the process of cutting different hardness coconut green biological layers by tension controller and magnetic powder brake.Through the digital input and output electrical components to achieve the coconut hole opener durability test workflow control.The test results show that the coconut opening machine durability test device is capable of satisfying its own73000 durability tests and on the basis of the frequency demand,the load changes of cutter motor are stable and reliable,and the load changes realize indirect monitoring through the current monitoring using current pliers and oscilloscope,the maximum cutter motor current is within the range of 8~9 A,9~10 A and 10~11 A when the simulated hardness is soft,moderate,and harder,which meets the cutter motor current in the actual coconut cutting.
