对用于硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的高、低压喷涂设备及高压灌注设备作了简单的比较和介绍。详细论述和分析了Graco公司的Foam Cat2 0 0型高压喷涂设备的组成系统、高压喷枪的工作原理和喷嘴的雾化机理 ,并介绍了使用上述机器的经验体会。
The differences between high pressure spray,low pressure spray and high pressure pouring equipment for rigid polyurethane foam are simply introduced.The component system of the Foam Cat200 high pressure polyurethane spray equipment,the work mechanism of the high pressure spray gun and the spray mechanism of the sprayer nozzle are described and analyzed in detail.And the experience of using the above mentioned equipment is introduced.
