摘要
本文通过对国内外聚氨酯保温管生产工艺的优缺点进行比较分析,提出了一种可解决现有工艺所存在问题的泡沫喷涂成型技术,并简述了泡沫喷涂工艺的工艺流程及工艺特征,阐述了该工艺开发与应用的必要性。
Through comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages of polyurethane insulation pipes production technology in national and international, and held a method that solve the problems of foam coating forming technology, and outlines the process flow and process characteristics of foam coating,expressed the necessity of process development and application.
