摘要
在2 5填料塔中研究了催化剂随物料流动的催化精馏过程。对乙酸与乙醇酯化反应体系 ,考察了催化剂用量、酸醇比、进料位置、回流比、回流组成等因素对过程的影响。在选定的实验条件下 ,塔顶产品的酯含量达 94.33% ,酯对醇的单程转化率达 96 .2 2 %。
In φ25 packing column,the synthesis of acetic ether is studied by using fluidizing catalytic reaction rectification,in which the catalytic powder is fluidizing with feed.The effects of catalyst quantity,acetic alcohol mole ratio,acetic acid and ethyl alcohol feed site,reflux ratio and reflux composition on the process are investigated.Under the selected experiment conditions,the acetic ether content of the top product is about 94.33% and the conversion of ethyl alcohol is about 96.22% .
