摘要
采用苯酚和乙酸酐直接酯化合成乙酸苯酯,用红外光光谱对反应产物进行了分析。通过改变反应温度,系统地分析了苯酚直接酯化反应的动力学过程。根据实验所得的动力学数据,采用拟均相模型回归了动力学方程。同时考察了乙酸酐与苯酚物质的量比对苯酚转化率的影响,得到了合成乙酸苯酯的最佳工艺条件。
The phenyl acetate was synthesized from phenyl hydroxide and acetic anhydride by direct esterification and the product was analyzed by IR. By altering the reaction temperature, kinetics equation of phenyl hydroxide esterification was studied. According to the kinetic date, the kinetic equation was regressed by the model of pseudo homogeneous phase. Meanwhile, the influence of the ratio between phenyl hydroxide and acetic anhydride to translating rate was also studied, and the optimum technological conditions were confirmed.
