摘要
用化学沉淀法、十二烷基硫酸钠(简称SDS)微乳液介质法分别合成了SnO2微粉, 并将其制备成旁热式气敏元件,进行气敏性能测定.结果表明,用SDS微乳液合成的SnO2 纳米微粉,可以提高SnO2气敏元件对某种气体的灵敏度和选择性,对SnO2气体传感器 的开发具有一定的价值.
Tin oxide powder was made by chemical precipitation and SDS microemulsion respec tively. Side-heated type gas sesors were fabricated with these powder, their ga s sensing properties were measured too. It can be known from expreimental result s that the SnO2 nanosized powder prepared by SDS microemulsion can increase th e gas sensitivity and selectivity of SnO2 gas sensor.This method of preparing gas sensing material has some value in developement of gas sensor.
