荧光分光光度法测定纸质食品包装材料中的荧光增白剂 被引量:30

Analysis of fluorescent whitening agents in food packaging papers by fluoremetric method

摘要 目的建立纸质食品包装材料中荧光增白剂(FWAs)快速筛选的荧光分光光度测定方法。方法以C.I.220为定量标准,试样用重蒸无水乙醇-水(1:4,V/V)经三次超声提取,提取液在激发波长为350nm和发射波长为430nm条件下用荧光分光光度仪测定。结果C.I.220在12.5~400ng/ml范围内呈良好的线性相关(r=0.9997),3个添加浓度水平(1.5、2.5和6.0μg/g)的平均回收率为84.4%-90.9%,定量限为1.2μg/g。结论该方法简便、灵敏和准确,适合纸质食品包装材料中FWAs的快速筛选检测要求。 Objective To develop a fluoremetric method for rapid screening of fluorescent whitening agents (FWAs) in food packaging paper. Methods Samples were extracted by ethanol-water (1: 4, V/V) for three times, and the extracts were detected by fluorescence spectrophotometer with the excitation wavelength at 350 nm and the emission wavelength at 430 nm. C. I. 220 was used as the standard for quantification. Results C.I. 220 had a good relativity ( r = 0. 999 7) within the range of 12. 5 -400 ng/ml and the limit of quantification (LOQ) of this method was 1.2 μg/g. Mean recoveries were 84.4% -90.9% at three added levels (1.5, 2.5 and 6.0 μg/g). Conclusion This method was fast, simple, reliable and could be applied for screening of FWAs in food packaging papers.
