摘要
食品安全问题已经成为全球广泛关注的焦点,食品包装安全是食品安全的主要组成部分。该文对纸质包装材料中可能存在的有害物质进行了分析总结,并对有害物质的迁移研究现状进行了综述。为我国食品安全研究提供参考。
Food safety has been one of the most widely concerned topics on the globe,in which the safety of food packaging is the most important part.This article summarizes the harmful substances in paper packaging material and overviews its status of migration study in order to provide the reference for our country＇ s food security research.
