摘要
大型钢结构件焊接时,由于热输入或过快冷却等原因,易产生应力,当应力达到材料本身不能承受的程度时,焊缝就会产生裂纹。为此,探伤人员需要具有斜角探伤的理论和实践经验及熟练的操作技艺。本文介绍了用超声波方法来检测横向裂纹的原理、扫查方式,利用横向裂纹所特有的回波特性进行结果的判定。
When welding the steel stl,aeture, it will generate tensile stress clue to its heavy heat input, rapid cool or some other reasuns, if Ihese tensile stresses exeeed the strength level that material can most bear, cracks will be developed. So UT inspectors shall have rich prim:iple knowledge in angle probe lesting, enough practice and skilled operation experience. In lifts passage, its inlroduces the principle amt straining pattern using ultrasonic testing method and how to charaeterization according its special echo.
