摘要
目的探讨地市级药品检验所人才培养及科研设想。方法通过分析新时期药品检验所职能范围的转变,提出加强人才培养及科研工作的重要意义。结果与结论重视人才培养,加强科研合作,有利于实现药品检验所从传统检验型向科研创新型的转变。
Objective To discuss talent training and research program planning of municipal drug control institutes.Methods By analyzing the function change of drug control institutes in the new era,the importance of strengthening the talent training and the scientific research was stressed.Results and Conclusion We should pay great attention to the talent training and the strengthening of the scientific research cooperation so as to realize the transformation of drug control institute from traditional testing type into an innovative scientific one.
