摘要
目的探讨走能力、科研、文化相结合的药检发展之路。方法以文明创建活动为途径,以转变工作作风为契机,以多彩文化生活为载体,培养良好的人文环境,充分发挥文化建设对人潜移默化的作用。结果与结论坚持以能力建设为核心,在能力发展的过程中,要处理好能力发展与人才培养、职能转变、资源利用的关系,实现科研的发展与能力、实践、人才的有机结合。
Objective To explore the development way of the drugs test combination of capacity,scientific research and culture.Methods By the means of a campaign of civilization improvement,adhering to developing good human environment and giving full play to the role of culture on human subtle by taking advantages of changing the style of work and taking the colorful cultural life as the carrier.Results and Conclusion Adhering to building the capacity as the core and properly handling the relationships among the capacity development,personnel training,functional changes and resource utilization,achieving the combination of the development of scientific research,capacity,practice and talent.
