菌紫质生物分子膜多波长信息读写系统的研究 被引量:2

摘要 讨论了新型细菌视紫红质基因变种材料的光学信息读、写和擦除特性 ,建立了一套细菌视紫红质生物分子膜三波长的光信息读写系统。根据B到P态的光化学反应过程 ,利用 6 70nm红光实现信息的写入 ;采用 490nm波长光使P态复原为基态 ,以擦除所记录的信息 ;利用B和P态吸收特性的差异 ,选择 5 94nm波长光实现了信息的读出。 The characteristics of new gene variant (BRMlB) and its behavior of writing, reading and erasing the information in a bacteriorhodopsin film are investigated. A system of three-wavelength EDRAW (erase direct read after write) has been constructed. Optical data is written into BR film with 670 nm laser based on the B to P photochemistry reaction. Then the information is erased with 490 nm laser based on the reconversion of the photoproduct state P. The resulting data can be read out with 594 nm laser based on the differential absorption of B and P states.
