摘要
以我国优秀女子铁饼运动员为研究对象,运用三维摄像、访谈等方法进行相关分析。研究表明,旋转加速类型分为2类:"快—快—慢—快"、"快—快—快—快"。2种类型的运动员在双支撑起转阶段通过预摆达到的速度差别不大。根据铁饼质心的瞬时速度、平均速度、时间、行程等数据表明:在单支撑和腾空阶段,第1类型的运动员数据指标好于第2类型的运动员;在过渡阶段,第1类型的运动员铁饼质心平均速度损失比较大,而第2类型保持逐渐增大;最后用力阶段2种类型的运动员出手参数达到了世界优秀女子铁饼运动员的数据指标。
Applying three - dimensional imaging, interviews and other research methods, this study experimental subjects are Chinese elite female discus throwers. It shows that there are such two rotational acceleration types as ＂fast - fast - slow - fast＂ and ＂fast- fast- fast- fast＂. On double supporting starting phase, there is little difference in speed acquired by pre- paratory swing. While, on the single phase and air phase, the data shows a better result as the first type than the second ac- cording to the instantaneous speed, average speed, time span and distance of the discus＇ s centroid. On the transitional phase, the average speed of the discus centroid suffer a great loss while the throwers apply the first type, and increase gradu- ally while apply the second type. On the final phase, parameters of the throwers applying the different types all achieve the norms of world elite women discus throwers.
