摘要
通过用运动学分析的方法对我国优秀铁饼运动员宋爱民的投掷技术进行研究发现,存在腾空时间短、重心腾起过高、向前性不好、右腿摆动半径小、右脚着地快、左脚着地的位置不合理、最后用力中左右脚之间的距离小等缺点。
Through a kinematical analysis on the throwing techniques of Chinese excellent discus thrower Song Ai＇min,it is found that her technical skills has some shortcomings such as a shorter transit time, over-height of gravity center,lack of forwardness, small arc range of her right leg swing,instant landing of her right foot, improper location of her left foot landing and a shorter distance between two feet in the last forcing action,etc.
