摘要 塔带机浇筑混凝土的突出特点是供料连续、强度高,并具有仓面布料功能,但也存在预冷混凝土在运输途中温度回升较大、控制不当时较易出现混凝土骨料分离现象等问题。因此,如何确保塔带机浇筑混凝土即高速度,又高质量,是工程施工中必须解决的关键问题。通过三峡二期厂坝工程混凝土施工实践,总结出塔带机浇筑大坝混凝土时在原材料质量控制、仓面配套设备、仓面施工工艺、设计方面的配合及设备管理方面的要点。 The major advantages for the concrete placement with towerbelts include its continuous supply of mixed materials, high rate of placement and spreading over the working areas, but some problems may arise easily such as the temperature rise of the precooled concrete aggregates due to incorrect control. How to ensure, therefore, concrete is placed by towerbelts with a high quality and at a high speed is a key issue that must be solved during construction. Through the construction of concrete placement by towerbelts at the powerhouse section of the Three Gorges project in the second stage, the key points have been concluded, associated with quality control of raw materials, allocation and arrangement of equipment for the working areas, construction procedures at the working areas, coordination with the designer, and management of equipment, etc.
