摘要
为解决水工混凝土温度裂缝的问题,采用新型抑温抗裂防水材料(JX-ⅢWD)开展混凝土力学性能、抑温性能、抗裂以及抗渗试验研究。试验结果表明:当JX-ⅢWD掺量大于2.5%时,混凝土强度降低,且抑温效果不明显;现场温度对比测试结果表明掺入2.5%的JX-ⅢWD后温度降低幅度达到35.53%,浇筑表观质量良好,为大体积混凝土水工工程的应用探索提供支撑。
To solve the problem of temperature cracks in hydraulic concrete,a new type of temperature suppression and crack resistance waterproof material(JX-ⅢWD)is used to conduct experimental research on the mechanical properties,temperature suppression performance,crack resistance,and permeability resistance of concrete.The experimental results show that when the JX-ⅢWD content is greater than 2.5%,the concrete strength decreases and the temperature suppression effect is not significant.The on-site temperature comparison test results show that after adding 2.5% JX-ⅢWD,the temperature decreases by 35.53%,and the pouring surface quality is good,providing support for the application and exploration of mass concrete hydraulic engineering.
