摘要
目的 :制备甲苯咪唑 β 环糊精包合物 ,以提高甲苯咪唑的溶解度。 方法 :用正交设计方法优化出甲苯咪唑 β 环糊精包合物的最佳制备条件。结果 :最佳包合条件 :甲苯咪唑∶β 环糊精 (重量比 )为0 .5 2∶4 .0 ;包合时间为 6h ;包合温度为 60℃。
OBJECTIVE:To prepare the inclusion complex of mebendazole β CD for improving stability.METHODS:An ortho gonal test method was used.An optimal condition for the preparation of the mebendazole β CD complex was established.RESULTS:Under the optimal conditions the complexes were prepared.The drug utilizing rate was 88.2% by solvent method.CONCLUSIONS:The optimal preparing condition:MBZ∶β CD(w:w) is 0.52 ∶ 4.0 ,time is 6 h,temperature is 60 ℃.
