摘要
目的:研究以越桔为君药的中药复方降低气道反应性的作用。方法:对56例哮喘患者治疗前测定用力肺活量(FVC),一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV_1),高峰呼气流速(PEF),并用乙酰甲胆碱(Mch)累积量0.033μgmol 和1.98μmol 进行激发试验,用越桔、甘草、白术复方治疗6周后,再次测定这组患者的三项指标,然后进行治疗前后的对比分析。结果:56例患者经本方治疗后,FVC 显著增加(3.4±0.2～3.5±0.2L,P<0.05,且 FEV_1(2.3±0.1～2.6±0.1)、PEF(4.9±0.3～5.3±0.3)的增加均具有高度显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:复方越桔能够降低哮喘患者气道反应性。
To study the YueJu complex prescription on airway responsiveness.Method:FVC.FEV and PEF of filty-six asthmatic patients were measured before and after the treatment of YueJu complex prescription for six weeks,methachohme challence test with 0.033μmol.and 1.98μmol.Result After 56 asthmatic patients received the treatment of those herbs,the result showed that FVC value increased obviously(t=2.217,P< 0.05) and the value of FEV and PEF was all higher compared with before treatment of the herbs(P<0.01). Conclusion:The YueJu complex prescription can decrease the airway responsiveness of the patients with asthma.
