摘要
目的 观察体外循环 (CPB)血清对培养血管内皮细胞ICAM 1表达变化的影响 ,及N 乙酰半胱氨酸 (NAC)的干预作用。方法 采用CPB血清致伤培养血管内皮细胞模型 ,以免疫组化方法观察培养血管内皮细胞ICAM 1表达量。结果 CPB血清可致培养血管内皮细胞ICAM 1表达量明显增加 ,NAC抑制培养内皮细胞ICAM 1的表达。结论 NAC可以抑制CPB血清所致的培养血管内皮细胞ICAM 1表达增加。因此NAC对体外循环后全身炎症反应可能有保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of NAC on the changes of ICAM 1 expression induced by CPB serum cultured endothelial cells. Methods ICAM 1 expression on cultured endothelial cells was detected by immunohistochemical techniques. Results ICAM 1 expression on cultured endothelial cells was increased by CPB serum, NAC inhibited ICAM 1 expression. Conclusion NAC could inhibit ICAM 1 expression on cultured endothelial cells, and might play a role in attenuating systemic inflammatory response syndrome induced by CPB.
