摘要
对统计模拟分光光度法测定复方制剂组分含量的方法进行了改进 ,用拉格朗日插值法建立灵敏波长下吸光度和组分含量之间关系的模型。以实测和模拟数据共同构成可供去痛片中四组分含量检索的吸光度数据库。本法测定去痛片中氨基比林、非那西丁、咖啡因和苯巴比妥的含量 ,回收率分别为 99 6 %、99 7%、10 0 0 %和 98 2 % ,相对标准偏差分别为 1 1%、1 2 %、1 9%和1 9%。
A statistical simulation spectrophotometric method for the assay of the individual components in the compound formulation has been developed by building a model of the real absorbance concentration relationships at several sensitive wavelengths with Lagrange interpolation. The real and simulation absorbances were held together to establish the database for the use of searching the concentrations of four components in the Anodyne tablets, and the method of searching from the absorbances database has been studied. The recoveries of the four components aminopyrine, phenacetin, caffeine and phenobarbital was 99 6%, 99 7%, 100 0% and 98 2%, and the RSD was 1 1%, 1 2%, 1 9% and 1 9%( n =8) respectively.
