摘要
当多组分体系的吸收光谱出现严重重叠而构成病态体系时,用以最小二乘估计的各种化学计量学方法算其含量时,往往导致偏差。本文用岭回归法处理复方维生素B四组分体系的光谱数据,所得分析结果明显优于最小二乘法。
Many chemometric methods have been proposed to solve the problems of multiple components analysis. But most of these methods were based on the ordinary least squares estimation (OLSE). For many analytical systems, their spectral chatacteristics were very similar , which means these analytical systems were a morbid, therefore the OLSE method cannot usually give satisfacory results. We have used the ridge regression estimation (RRE) to treat the multicomponent drug systems. Because of the method was based on biased estimation, so it was different from the OLSE method, and could avoid morbidness caused by similar spectra. In this paper the RRE method has been used to assay the components of vitamins B_1、 B_2、B_6and niacinamide in complex vtitamins B. The average recoveries wereo bviously superior to those obtained by OLSE method.
