摘要
目的 探讨经前房摘出巨大眼内异物联合晶状体玻璃体切除术的适应证及术式选择。方法 对 16例 (16眼 )手术结果进行回顾性分析。结果 16例均经前房摘出巨大异物联合晶状体玻璃体切除术。对术前合并视网膜脱离 8例中的 5例行硅油注入术 ,3例行SF6/C3 F8惰性气体注入术。术后 11例视力提高 ,4例视力不变 ,1例视力下降。结论 经前房摘出巨大眼内异物联合晶状体玻璃体切除术是一种安全、有利于提高术后视力 。
To investigate the indication and the kind of of extraction surgery of giant intraocular foreign body via anterior chamber combined with lens-vitrectomy. Methods Retrospection of 16 cases(16 eyes) extraction of giant intraocular foreign body.Results 16 cases were performed extraction of giant introcular foreign body via anterior chamber combined with lens vitrectomy,eight of them complicated with retina detachment,five performed silicone oil implantation and three with inert gas.Post operative visual acuity:11 eyes improved,4 eyes had no change,1 eyes decreased.Conclusion The extraction of intraocular foreign body via anterior chamber combined with lens vitrectomy is a safe choice which is helpful to improve visual acuity and has few complications.
