摘要
目的 :探讨损伤双侧基底核老年性痴呆 (AD)大鼠模型神经行为学变化。方法 :将 2 0月龄雄性Wistar大鼠 2 0只随机分为模型组与对照组各 10只 ,将鹅膏蕈酸 (IBO)注入模型组大鼠双侧基底核中 ,制成AD大鼠模型。用Morris水迷宫 (MWM )技术对对照组、模型组进行神经行为学测试。结果 :模型组逃避潜伏期 (EL)明显延长 ,中环游泳路程、4 0cm环游泳路程、跨平台次数较对照组显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :损伤大鼠基底核能使其空间记忆明显下降。
Objective:To explore the ethological changes of AD rats with the lesion of bilateral nucleus basalis. Methods:20 male Wistar rats were divided into model and control groups.The former were administrated with ibotenic acid in bilateral nucleus basalis.Ethological examination of both groups was tested with Morris water maze.Results:The escape latency of the model was significantly longer than that of the control.Swim path in middle circle, swim path in 40cm circle, and the platform crossing times of the model decreased significantly than those of the control(P<0.01).Conclusion:The spatial memory of AD model with the lesion of nucleus basalis decreased significantly.
