摘要
目的采用脑健冲剂治疗AD,观察脑健冲剂对AD大鼠海马区5-羟色胺和MAO的影响。方法本实验采用D-半乳糖拟衰老,Aβ1-40损害联合所致AD模型,用脑健冲剂治疗。结果脑健冲剂可提高海马5-羟色胺含量和降低MAO的水平。结论脑健冲剂可治疗AD。
Objective:we use the naojian inhalant to treat AD and study its effection on 5-HT and MAO of hippocampus CA1 region of AD rat.Methods:The experiment used D-semilactose and the Aβ_~1-40 emergency aged as model animals,and used naojian inhalant to treat AD.Results:the naojian inhalant can increase 5-HT and reduce MAO.Conclusions:which indicates that Naojian inhalant has important effection to AD rats.
