摘要
目的:探讨四维超声成像在胎儿畸形筛查中的价值。方法:使用Voluson 730 Expert彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,先常规二维超声检查,然后切换至四维超声检查显示胎儿各部位立体结构,观察胎儿颜面部、脊柱、肢体等结构。结果:四维超声能清晰地立体显示胎儿结构及畸形部位。本组4728例胎儿,其中42例畸形经引产或产后证实。结论:四维超声检查图像逼真、直观,可提供比二维超声更有价值的临床信息,是无创性产前诊断技术研究发展方向之一。
Objective:To explore the value of four-dimensi-onal ultrasound imaging in fetal malformation screening.Method:Use Voluson 730 Expert color doppler ultra-sound diagnostic system,first conventional two dimensional ultrasound, and then switch to the four dimensional ultrasound displa-yeaeh part of the fetus three dimensional structure,observe fetal face ministry,spine, body structure,etc.Resuhs:The four dimen-sional ultrasound can Clear stereo display Fetus' structure and malformation.This group of 4728 cases fetus,including 42 cases abnormalities are confirmed by induced la-bor or postpartum.Conclusion:The four-di-mensional ultrasound image lifelike,intuitive, can provide more valuable than two dimen-sional ultrasound clinical information,is one of the non-invasive prenatal diagnosis teeh-nologyresearch and development direction, have more important clinical value in obstet-rics.
