摘要
目的:分析临床中医治疗妇产科慢性盆腔炎的效果及可行性。方法:收治慢性盆腔炎患者86例,分为对照组和观察组,对照组主要采用西医治疗,观察组主要采用中医治疗,并观察两组治疗效果;结果:治疗组总有效率达到93.02%,对照组总有效率62.79%,比较两组结果,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妇产科慢性盆腔炎患者采用中医治疗效果显著,安全性高。
Objctive：To analysize the clini-cal effect and feasibility of traditional Chi-nese medicine （TCM） in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Meth-ods：86 patients with chronic pelvic inflam-matory disease were divided into control group and observation group.The patients in the control group used western medicine treatment,the patients in observation group were mainly treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Then,observed the treatment effect of the two groups.Results：Treatment group total effective rate reached 93.02% ,control group total effective rate was 62.79% .Re- suits of two groups were compared,the differ-ence was significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions： Traditional Chinese medicine was proved to have remarkable effects and high safety for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and it was worth promoting the use.
