摘要
目的观察中医药综合干预对慢性盆腔炎患者生活质量的影响。方法将60例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为中医药综合干预组和金刚藤胶囊对照组各30例,采用WHOQOL-BREF评分表观察两组治疗前后及随访3个月后生活质量积分的变化及3个月后生活质量的改善情况。结果治疗后及随访3个月后治疗组与对照组各领域评分及总积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组生活质量改善情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医药综合干预能显著改善慢性盆腔炎患者生活质量且效果优于单一口服中药。
Objective To observe the influence of the synthetical traditional Chinese medicine intervention on the life quality of patients with CPID.Methods 60 patients suffering from CPID were randomly divided into the synthetical traditional Chinese medicine intervention group and smilax bockii warb capsule group with 30 cases in each.Life quality integral changes before and after treatment and follow-up after three months were analyzed with WHOQOL-BREF integral table between two groups.Results There were significant differences between the treatment group and control group in WHOQOL-BREF score after treatment and follow-up after three months（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between the synthetical traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the smilax bockii warb capsule control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The synthetical traditional Chinese medicine treatment may significantly improve CPID patients＇ life quality,and have better effects than unitary traditional Chinese medicine.
