摘要
目的:探讨中药黄芪注射液辅助治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎的治疗效果。方法:将急性病毒性心肌炎患儿80例随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用黄芪注射液加入5%葡萄糖或0.9%生理盐水中静脉点滴,1次/日,连用14天。结果:症状改善方面,治疗组显效率和有效率分别为80%、100%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,且无明显不良反应。结论:黄芪注射液辅助治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎是安全有效的方法。
Objective：To discuss the cura-tive effect of the treatment of traditional Chi-nese medicine astragalus injection in chil-dren acute viral myocarditis.Methods：80 cases of children acute viral myocarditis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group is 40 cases. The control group was given conventional treatment.On the basis of conventional treat-ment in the control group,the treatment group was given astragalus injection,that will be join 5% glucose or 0.9% normal sa-line,intravenous drip,1 time/day,continuous use 14 days.Results：On the symptoms Im- provement aspect,the treatment group effi-ciency rate is 80% and the effective rate is 100%,comparing the two groups have statis- tical significance（P 〈 0.05）.The curative ef-fect of the treatment group is much better than the control group,and no obvious ad- verse reactions.Conclusion：It is a safe and effective method that astragalus injection treat children acute viral myocarditis,it is worth promoting in children clinic work.
