摘要
目的:研究分析腹腔镜微创技术在急诊普外手术中的应用方法及价值。方法:对64例急诊普外科手术中实施腹腔镜微创技术患者的临床资料进行研究分析,分析腹腔镜微创技术在急诊普外手术中的应用。结果:本次研究选取的64例患者,经过腹腔镜探查全部确诊,临床治疗效果较为显著,术后没有出现并发症及死亡现象。结论:腹腔镜微创技术在急诊普外手术中的应用,可显著提高急腹症确诊率,提高患者治疗效果。
Objective：To explore the appli-cation method and value of laparoscopy min-imally invasive technique in the emergency general surgery.Methods：To study the clini-cal data of 64 cases of emergency general surgery patients who underwent laparoscop-ic minimally invasive technique and analyze the application of laparoscopy minimally in-vasive technique in the emergency general surgery.Results：The selected 64 patients were diagnosed through laparoscopic explo-ration,and had significant clinical treatment effect.There was no postoperative complica-tions and death.Conclusion：The application of laparoscopy minimally invasive technique in the emergency general surgery,can signif-icantly increase the rate of diagnosis of acute abdominal pain,and improve the ef-fects of treatment.
