摘要
目的：探讨胃息肉无痛胃镜治疗的临床效果和经验。方法：经无痛胃镜治疗患者200例,给予上肢静脉开放,缓慢静脉推注0.5μg/kg瑞芬太尼,然后缓慢静脉推注2mg/kg丙泊酚,20ml丙泊酚追加1ml利多卡因,并立即给予阿托品0.5mg。待患者意识逐渐消失之后,置入胃镜,进行手术。结果：本组200例患者均成功手术,手术成功率100.0%,在手术过程中有1例患者出现呛咳,给予轻拍患者后背,症状缓解,经过1~12个月的随访,至今尚未发现复发病例。结论：胃息肉无痛胃镜治疗可以减小患者的痛苦,顺利实施手术,提高患者的手术成功率。
To study the gastric polyps treatment the clinical effect of pain-less gastroscopy and experience.Methods： Collected 200 cases of patients with the painless gastroseope treatment from July 2012 to October 2013,open for upper limb vein,slow intravenous push note 0.5 IX g/kg fentanyl,then slow intravenous push note 2mg/kg propofol,20ml propofol add lml of lidocaine,and an immediate atropine 0,5rag. After patients consciousness gradually dis-appear, in gastroseope,surgery.Results：200 patients were all successful surgery,surgical success rate of 100.0% ,1 ease of patients during the operation in choking eough,pat patients＇ back,symptoms relief, followed up 1 - 12 months,has not been found cases of recurrence.Conclusion：Gastric polyp pain-less gastroscope treatment can reduce the pain of the patients,smooth operation,im-prove the success rate of surgery patients.
