摘要
目的探讨国产OMOM胶囊内镜在消化道疾病,尤其是小肠疾病中的诊断价值。方法 2009年3月~2010年8月应用国产OMOM胶囊内镜检查55例,其中患者45例,分为不明原因消化道出血24例,反复腹痛患者15例,反复腹泻患者5例,不明原因腹水患者1例,10例为健康体检者。结果 45例中检出小肠疾病38例（84.4%）,其中包括小肠血管畸形13例,小肠炎症6例,Crohn病6例,小肠溃疡4例,末端回肠息肉4例,十二指肠球部溃疡2例,回肠末段淋巴滤泡增生2例,小肠憩室1例,余7例未见明显异常。10例体检组中,诊断为胃炎8例,1例十二指肠球炎及1例末端回肠息肉。54例胶囊均自然排出体外,无并发症,所获取的图像清晰稳定。1例胶囊滞留病人为Crohn病伴狭窄病人,后经手术取出。结论国产OMOM胶囊内镜安全,无痛苦,可用于消化道疾病,尤其是小肠疾病及不明原因消化道出血的诊断。
Objective To assess the diagnostic value of OMOM capsule endoscopy（CE） in gastrointestinal disease,especially in smallintestine diseases.Methods 55 cases in our hospital received examination by OMOM capsule endoscopy from March 2009 to April 2010.22 of them suffered from obscure gastrointestinal bleeding;15 suffered from recurrent abdominal pain;5 suffered from recurrent diarrhea;1was unexplained ascites,and the other 10 were health check volunteers.Results 38 of the 45 patients were diagnosed with gastrointestinal lesion that can accout for the disease（84.4%）.Among them,13 were vascular malformation,6 were enteritis,6 were Crohn disease,4 were small intestinal ulcer,4 were terminal ileum polyps,2 were duodenal bulb ulcer,2were small intestinal follicular hyperplasia and 1 was diverticulum of small intestine.Among the 10 health check volunteers,8 were diagnosed with gastritis,1 with duodenitis 1 and 1 with terminal ileum polyp 1.No complications were observed and all examination went smoothly,and the picture were clear.Conclusion OMOM capsule endoscopy is a safe,no-invasive method, it can be used in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal disease,especially in small intestine diseases and the patients with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding.
