摘要
目的:对国内儿科领域超范围用药问题进行思考与分析。方法:对在儿科临床工作中,超说明书适应证范围用药、改变给药途径、超禁忌用药及超适用人群的现状、发生原因以及超范围用药的利弊进行思考、分析和总结。结果:在儿科处方中超说明书用药现象十分普遍,主要发生原因为研发儿童药物困难,而儿童安全有效性资料在说明书中缺乏。结论:超范围用药在儿科临床工作中存在必然性,各级医疗机构应根据相关法规政策,充分权衡利弊,规范超范围用药,促进药物合理应用,确保儿童患者临床用药安全、有效。
Objective：Ta think and analysis of the beyond medication problem in the civ-il pediatric.Methods：In the pediatric clinical work,to think,analysis and summary thant super use scope of drug use,change adminis-tration route,super taboo drugs,the current situation of super applicable people,occur-rence reason and beyond the pros and cons of medication.Results：In prescription exceed manual medicine phenomenon is very com-mon in pediatric patients,the main cause is that it is difficulty to develop children＇s medicines,and child safety effectiveness in- formation in the instruction is lack.Conclu-sion：In the pediatric clinical work,beyond medication is inevitability,medical institu- tions at all levels shall be in accordance with the relevant laws,regulations and poli- cies,fully weigh the pros and cons,standard beyond medication,promote drug reasonable application,ensure that children patients＇ clinical application is safe and effective.
