针灸与手法治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的临床对比观察

摘要 目的:比较针灸与手法治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2012年6~10月住院治疗的68例膝骨性关节炎患者,随机分为两组,分别采用针灸和手法治疗6周,于治疗2周、4周、6周后采用骨关节炎指数量表对患者疗效进行评定。结果:治疗2周、4周、6周后,两组患者的疼痛、日常活动功能积分、总体症状较治疗前均明显减轻(P〈0.05);针灸治疗组的骨关节炎指数评分改善率明显高于手法治疗组(P〈0.05)。结论:针灸与手法治疗膝骨性关节炎患者均有明显疗效,但针灸治疗的临床效果优于手法治疗,值得在临床推广。
