电针和推拿手法治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效比较研究 被引量:6

Comparative Study on Clinical Efficacy Between Electroacupuncture and Tuina in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

摘要 目的比较电针和推拿手法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将40例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,分别采用电针和推拿手法治疗1个月。采用骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)量表分别在治疗2周和4周后进行疗效评定。结果治疗2周和4周时两组的总体症状、疼痛、僵硬和日常活动功能积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且电针治疗组的各项积分低于推拿治疗组(P<0.05,P<0.01);电针治疗组的WOMAC总评分改善率明显高于推拿治疗组(P<0.01)。结论电针和推拿手法治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效确切,且电针治疗优于推拿手法治疗。 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between electroacupuncture and Tuina therapies for knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods Forty KOA cases were divided into two groups: treatment group in which 20 cases were treated by electroacupuncture and control group in which another 20 cases were treated by Tuina, with a course of one month. Western Ontario MacMaster(WOMAC) scores were observed in the two groups before, during and after treatments. Results After 2- week and 4-week treatments, the WOMAC scores of overall symptoms, pain, stiffness and daily activity were reduced in both groups in comparison with before treatments( P 〈0.01 ) ; and the scores were reduced more significantly in treatment group than in control group( P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ). The improvement rate was higher in treatment group than in control group(P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion Electroacupnnctnre and Tuina are quite effective for KOA, but electroacupnneture works better than Tuina.
