摘要
目的:评价中药灌肠配合温针灸治疗肠易激综合征的远期疗效。方法:自拟汤方灌肠配合温针灸治疗肠易激综合征157例8 w,停药1年及1年6个月时进行随访,对其疗效进行评价。结果:治疗组总有效率在治疗结束后1年及1年零6个月均为94%。结论:中药灌肠配合温针灸治疗肠易激综合征远期疗效满意,操作简单,值得推广。
Objective： To evaluate the traditional Chinese medicine enema with warm the lnng-term curative effect of acupunc- ture. Methods： In the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, 157 cases of 8 weeks, withdrawal and I year 6 months to i year follw- up, to evaluate its curative effect. Results： Treatment group total efftw.tive rate in the treatment of 1 year and ! year after the end of six months was 94%. Conclusion： Chinese medicine enema with warm acupuncture long curative effect in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, simple operation, is worth promoting.
