复方芪苓无糖颗粒剂成型工艺的研究 被引量:23

摘要 目的:筛选出复方芪苓无糖颗粒剂的最佳处方及成型工艺条件。方法:考察不同辅料及辅料用量对颗粒剂成型性、堆密度、休止角、溶化性和吸湿性影响,并用综合评分法筛选出制备颗粒剂的最优辅料及处方组成;以成形性为指标用正交试验法优选制粒工艺条件,并考察成品的吸湿性。结果:筛选出最佳制备颗粒剂的辅料为乳糖。最佳制粒工艺条件为:浸膏粉与乳糖按4∶1的比例混匀,以90%乙醇为润湿剂制软材,醇的用量为浸膏粉的10%。成品颗粒的流动性好,临界相对湿度约为78%。结论:该成型工艺合理、可行,为大生产提供了科学依据。 Objective:To select the proper excipients and optimal molding technology for Qiling Free Sugar Granules. Methods : The effects of kinds and consumption of excipients on molding prosperity, bulk density, and angle of repose, solubility and hygroscopicity were investigated. Grading methods of synthesizing multiple guidelines were applied to optimize excipients. The orthogonal experiment was used to screen out optimal molding process with molding ratio as indexes and critical relative humidity was determined. Results: The optimal excipient was lactose and the optimal molding process was as follows:powder extract and lactose were added 4 : 1,90% ethanol was added as wetting agent, and the usage was 10%. The fluidity of Qiling Sugar Free Granules was good, and the critical relative humidity was 78%. Conclusion:This molding technology was reasonable,feasible and could provide scientific basis for production.
