摘要
目的探讨中药内服联合直肠滴入治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法选择2011年1月～2013年8月我院收治的子宫内膜异住症患者76例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用补肾活血自拟方内服治疗；观察组在上述治疗基础上增加直肠滴入自拟中药方剂治疗，连续用药3个月经周期后观察其临床疗效。结果治疗1个月经周期、2个月经周期和3个月经周期对照组和观察组临床有效率分别为52．63％和78．94％、68．42％和84．21％、78．94％和94．73％，各治疗时间两组患者临床疗效有效率间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中药内服联合直肠滴入治疗子宫内膜异位症具有较好的疗效，值得临床借鉴。
Objective to explore the traditional Chinese medicine combined with rectal drip into the clinical curative effect of the treatment of endometriosis. Methods from 2011 January to 2013 August chose 76 endometriosis patients in our hospital, randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group used Bushen Huoxue decoction; the observation group based on the above treatment increased rectal instillation with Chinese medicine treatment, observe the clinical effect of continuous medication for 3 menstrual cycles. Results for 1 menstrual cycles, 2 menstrual cycles and 3 menstrual cycle control group and observation group clinical effective rate were 52.63 % and 78.94, 68.42 % and 84.21% ,78.94 % and 94.73 %, the difference was statistically significant clinical curative effect of the treatment time of two groups of patients with effective rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine combined with rectal instillation has better curative effect in the treatment of endometriosis, worthy of clinical reference.
