摘要
建立了离子色谱法同时测定磷酸二氢钾中PO43-、Cl-、F-的方法,在12 min内实现对3种阴离子的分离及同时测定,实验过程通过PO43-的含量计算磷酸二氢钾的纯度。在最佳实验条件下,建立3种离子的标准曲线,其r为0.999 2~0.999 9,检出限为0.051~0.30μg/mL,样品平均加标回收率为95.6%~104.5%,相对标准偏差为3.1%~4.9%。将测定结果与HG 2321—1992《磷酸二氢钾》所规定的方法进行差异性分析,结果表明,实验所建立的方法与标准方法无显著性差异。该方法具有简单、快速、重现性好的优点,适用于磷酸二氢钾生产过程的工艺控制。
Ion chromatographic method for determining PO4^3-, Cl^-,and F^- of potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) was established.The three anions can be separated and determined simultaneously in 12 rain.The purity of potassium dihydrogen phosphate can be calculated through the content of PO4^3-.Under the optimal experimental conditions, the standard curves of three anions were obtained ,the correlation coefficient r was 0.999 2-0.999 9 ;the detection limits were in the range of 0.051 - 0.30 g/mL;the average raddition standard recovery rates were at 95.6%-104.5%, and the relative standard deviations were at 3.1%-4.9%.The difference analysis on the established method and standard method (HG 2321-1992) indicated that there was no significant difference between them.The simple and fast method has advantage of good reproducibility.It is especially suitable for the process control of production of KDP.
