摘要
对以聚磷酸和尿素为原料制备聚磷酸铵(APP)的工艺参数进行讨论。实验过程分预聚合和高温熟化2个反应阶段,分别考察了原料配比、反应气氛、预聚合温度、高温熟化温度、高温熟化时间等因素对产品制备过程的影响。通过实验对比得到制备低水溶性APP的最优化工艺条件:尿素与聚磷酸的投料物质的量比为2.5∶1,在湿氨气氛下反应,预聚合温度为130℃,在220℃下高温聚合150 min,即得到100 mL水中水溶性仅为0.523 6 g的APP产品,其产品质量指标符合HG/T 2770—2008《工业聚磷酸铵》标准,并通过XRD检测,确定该产品为Ⅰ、Ⅱ型的混合晶型。
Preparation technology data of ammonium polyphosphate (APP) were studied by using poly phosphoric acid and urea as raw materials.The whole process of APP's poly condensation was composed of two steps: pre-polymerization and high-temperature ageing treatment.Effects of mix ratio of raw materials ,reaction atmosphere ,pre-polymerization temperature, ageing treatment temperature ,and ageing treatment time etc.on the preparation process performance of product were discussed,respectively.The optimal process conditions of preparing low water solubility APP were obtained as follows:the amount-of-substance ratio of urea to poly phosphoric acid was 2.5:1, the reaction went in the wet ammonia atmosphere, pre-polymerization temperature was 130 ℃, the polymerization temperature was 220℃, and the polymerization time was 150 min. Under those conditions ,the water solubility of the prepared APP was 0.523 6 g per 100 mL HEO.The quality of the product met the Industrial APP Standard(HG/T 2770-2008) and the product's crystalline form was a mixture of Ⅰ and Ⅱ proved by X-ray diffraction.
