2001—2011年乌鲁木齐市大气环境质量模糊数学综合评价 被引量:25

Fuzzy mathematics-based comprehensive evaluation of atmospheric environmental quality of Urumqi from 2001 to 2011

摘要 以乌鲁木齐市2001—2011年大气环境监测数据为依据,参照《环境空气质量标准》,选取SO2、NO2、PM10共3个大气环境污染因子作为评价参数,利用模糊数学综合评价法和超标倍数赋权法计算了大气环境污染因子权重分配系数和隶属度,探讨了各大气环境污染因子对乌鲁木齐市大气环境质量的影响,得出客观的评价,并分析了乌鲁木齐市大气环境质量变化的影响因素,提出了降低和防治大气污染的措施。模糊数学综合评价结果表明,乌鲁木齐市2001—2002年主要污染因子为PM10,2003—2010年主要污染因子则为SO2,且SO2呈下降趋势,NO2污染呈现的上升趋势应引起警惕。近年来,乌鲁木齐市总体大气环境质量均为Ⅲ级(轻度污染),通过采取综合治理等措施,污染控制取得一定成效,且大气环境质量有逐年好转趋势。 Base on the atmospheric environmental monitoring data of Urumqi from 2001-2011, in reference to the atmospheric environment quality standard, the author made a comprehensive assessment of atmospheric environ- mental quality in Urumqi with SO2, NO2, PM10 as evaluation factors. The fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evalua- tion theory and multiple superscale weighting method were used to calculate weight distribution coefficient and mem- bearship of these pollution factors. Impact of pollution factors on atmospheric environment quality of Urumqi was ob- jectively evaluated, and the influencing factors of Urumqi ambient air quality were analyzed to propose the control countermeasures against atmospheric pollution. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results showed that the main pollu- tion factor of Urumqi during 2001-2002 was PM10, and the main pollution factor during 2003-2010 was SO2. Howev- er, SO2 presented a downward tendency, and the increase of NO2 pollution should be noted. In recent years, the overall atmosphere environment in Urumqi was in level Ⅲ (light polluted). By adopting comprehensive controlling measures, certain achievement were made and the atmospheric environmental of Urumqi was getting better.
