Reforming Teacher Training Modes to Promote Teachers' Professional Development

摘要 近年来,兰州市围绕教师专业化发展这一主题,强化顶层设计,突出以师为本,在教师培训中创建以"建体系、创模式、搭平台、优课程、抓研训、保投入"为一体,以"走出去、请进来、长出来"为策略,以"培训、评选、奖励、研训、升位"相结合为新方法,以教学新秀、骨干教师、学科带头人、"金城名师"与"金城名校长"、特级教师、"金城教育家"为成长路径的梯度攀升教师成长机制,在教师培训方面做了有益的探索,取得了显著的成效,加快促进了全市中小学教师整体的专业化发展。 In recent years, a new teacher training mode around the theme of teachers" professional development has been set up in Lanzhou City, which is based on strengthening the top-level design and concentrating on teachers. "Building systems, creating modes, enlarging platforms, optimizing curriculums, focusing on studying and training, and ensuring input" are combined together in teacher training, of which the strategies contain "going out, inviting in and growing out" integrated with the new methods of "training, selecting, rewarding, studying and training, and upgrading". A gradient climbing mechanism of teachers" development has been formed as their growth route from teaching rookies, backbone teachers, academic leaders, top-level teachers and principals, special-grade teachers to educators of the city. Lanzhou City has made a beneficial exploration in teacher training, obtained remarkable achievements, and promoted the professional development of teachers in the city as a whole.
