摘要
近年来,兰州市围绕教师专业化发展这一主题,强化顶层设计,突出以师为本,在教师培训中创建以"建体系、创模式、搭平台、优课程、抓研训、保投入"为一体,以"走出去、请进来、长出来"为策略,以"培训、评选、奖励、研训、升位"相结合为新方法,以教学新秀、骨干教师、学科带头人、"金城名师"与"金城名校长"、特级教师、"金城教育家"为成长路径的梯度攀升教师成长机制,在教师培训方面做了有益的探索,取得了显著的成效,加快促进了全市中小学教师整体的专业化发展。
