临床精粹：血栓栓塞性疾病 被引量：6

摘要 下肢深静脉血栓可引起肺栓塞,需重视其危险因素并早期识别.肝素和华法林在特殊情况下可造成血栓.原因不明的血栓病例需警惕肿瘤.华法林半衰期较长,围手术期需用低分子量肝素来过渡.慢性弥散性血管内凝血纤维蛋白原和血小板计数可正常.
