摘要
需求侧响应资源是缓解我国日益增大的峰谷差的有效途径,有必要建立科学的评价模型对其价值进行评价,以推动需求侧响应工作在我国的开展。确立了需求侧响应资源价值评价基础,建立了需求侧响应资源价值评价指标体系,运用熵权法计算指标体系的整体权重,并用灰色关联度改进的TOPSIS评价方法对某地的需求侧响应资源价值进行综合评价,得到量化评价结果,对建立的需求侧响应资源评价模型进行了验证。
Demand-side response resource is an effective way to reduce the increasing peak-valley difference. In order to promote demand-side response in China, it is necessary to establish a scientific model to evaluate its value. This paper establishes the evaluation foundation and formulates the evaluation index system. The entropy method is adopted to calculate the overall weight of the index system and the TOPSIS model improved by grey correlation is applied to e- valuate the demand-side response resource value in a region. The quantitative evaluation result has verified the pro-posed model.
