摘要
本中针对当前各医院重大科研项目处于自主产生、被动管理状态的实际,结合南京军区南京总医院重大科研项目管理实践,从创新管理理念、整合人才资源、凝聚科研方向、转变服务模式等方面探讨科研管理部门在重大科研项目管理中的作用,对充分发挥科研管理部门管理职能、培育催生重大科研项目、提高科研成果产出水平具有十分重要的现实意义。
Targeting the existing problems of selfgenerating and passive management of major research projects in hospitals, and based on the experience of Nanjing General Hospital in the management of major research projects, this article explores the role of the department of research management in the management of major scientific research projects in four aspects ： innovation of the man agement concept, integration of human resources, focusing on the research direction, and transformation of the service mode. These as pects are of important practical value in giving full play to the function of the department of research management, generating major re search projects, and promoting the level of research output.
