抗菌肽LL-37在慢性鼻窦炎中作用的研究现状

摘要 近年来研究发现,先天性免疫在呼吸道炎性疾病如哮喘及慢性鼻窦炎(chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)的发病机制中占有举足轻重的作用,而先天性免疫对于黏膜表面的感染的第一道防线作用,是通过多种免疫效应分子,如toll样受体、表面蛋白、以及抗菌肽等早期识别微生物抗原、进行初始的抗菌活动以及激活特异性免疫实现的〔1-5〕。LL-37是迄今在人体中发现的抗菌肽cathelicidin家族中的唯一成员,在宿主防御反应中起着重要作用。本文就LL-37研究现状及其在慢性鼻及鼻窦炎中的作用做一综述。 Summary The purpose of this review is to explain the function of iris.
