摘要
目的探讨社区糖尿病患者授权能力与代谢指标的影响。方法将60例2型糖尿病患者按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各30例,试验组采用糖尿病授权教育6个月,对照组采用社区常规管理。教育结束后,两组均进行电话随访6个月,每月1次,并分别在干预前、干预后3、6个月评价患者代谢指标(体质指数、腰围、血压、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三脂)方面的变化。结果干预半年后,试验组各项代谢指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论实施授权教育能提高社区糖尿病患者治疗依从性,改善患者的代谢指标,在临床上具有推广意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between empowerment Ability and markers of metabolism in patients of diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 patients of diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups according to the table of random numbers. The first group went on empowerment education for diabetes mellitus for 6 months, while the control group were managed within the community conventionally. All of the patients were followed monthly for 6 months after the education and were evaluated for markers of metabolism ( eg. body mass index, waist circumfer- ence, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, 2 - hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cho- lesterol, triglyceride) prior to and 3 months as well as 6 months after interventions. Results All the markers of me- tabolism evaluated in the trial improved significantly in the experimental group over the control group (p 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion empowerment education among patients of diabetes mellitus can significantly foster their compliance to treatments and ameliorate their metabolic derangements. Therefore, empowerment education is a valuable tool in clini- cal management of diabetes mellitus.
